Delivered in July 2014, "Whiskey Fox" features custom, state-of-the-art stretcher and medical equipment along with an all-glass cockpit and in-air deicing capabilities for winter weather. Although "Whiskey Fox" was designed specifically for the Pacific Northwest and San Juan Islands flying conditions, she is considered cutting edge air ambulance technology nationwide.

Purchased in December of 2018, "Echo X-Ray" was added to the Island Air fleet as backup air ambulance, similar in model to the main ambulance "Whiskey Fox". Featuring all the same flight capabilties as the 208, the EX designation adds additional seating in the cabin along with considerable cargo storage underneath. While not being flown for medical transports, "Echo X-Ray" is utilized for on-demand charter.
